Karley began ballet at seven, earned a full scholarship to a top US dance school, and performed professionally before a serious car accident forced her to stop. During recovery she discovered Lagree and moved from LA to London with her husband Phil to create BST, a studio built on resilience and the belief that true transformation takes Blood, Sweat & Tears.
